Architecture Projects

At SETANTA, we design architectural projects from a holistic perspective: technical, functional, economic, and aesthetic. Each project begins with a thorough study of the surroundings, urban regulations, and the client’s objectives. From there, we develop architectural solutions that maximise land use, optimise construction costs, and improve the quality of life for the building’s future occupants.

We specialise in multi-family housing, both new constructions and interventions on existing buildings — including renovations, extensions, and rehabilitations — guiding the client through the entire process: from preliminary studies and preparation of basic and execution projects, to on-site project management.

Our architecture studio bases its projects on attention to detail, technical coordination, and the practical feasibility of each proposal. We work with multidisciplinary teams and maintain continuous communication with builders, engineers, and municipal technicians to ensure that everything aligns perfectly, from the initial concept to the final plan.
