2. Social Media Presence

In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has created a profile on the following social networks:

The primary purpose of these profiles is to advertise our services and connect with other users.

If you, as a user, have a profile on the same social network as our entity, you may freely join the page created by us, thereby showing interest in the information we publish on that network.

By joining, you provide us with visibility of certain personal data publicly offered by you in your profile.

Only if you join our page on the detailed social networks will your profile data be processed by our entity solely within the social network itself and will in no case be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.

You, as a user, may access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure your profile to ensure the privacy of data you do not wish to make public. You may also stop following us at any time.

3. Publications

Once you have joined our page and, if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., related to minors, those that violate or are likely to violate honor, morality, ethics, good taste, decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any other that goes against the law.

In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

Our entity will not be responsible for content freely published by a user. The user must bear in mind that their publications will be known by other users, so they will be solely responsible for their publications and their privacy.

4. Advertising

Our entity may use the social network for advertising purposes, in all cases complying with the requirements of current applicable regulations on data protection and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending our pages to other users so that they too may enjoy promotions or be informed of events or activities of our entity will not be considered advertising.

5. Contests and Promotions

Our entity reserves the right to conduct contests and promotions in which users who wish to participate and are joined to our page may take part.

The rules for each of them, when the social network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on it, always complying with the applicable law or regulation.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

6. Personal Data

Our entity, as Data Controller, will perform the following actions:

• Access to public information on the user’s profile.
• Respond to user requests.
• Send individual messages to the user through the social network’s channels.
• Publish information related to our entity on the user’s profile.
• Page status updates that will be published on the user’s profile.

The user may stop following our entity on social networks at any time, control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.
